What is Salesforce-Native?
Salesforce-native means an application is built and runs entirely inside the Salesforce platform, not merely integrated with it. Data lives in one Salesforce data model, inheriting its security, automation and reporting — with no external sync, middleware or separate database to maintain.
There is a critical difference between “Salesforce-integrated” and “Salesforce-native”. Integrated tools sit outside Salesforce and push data back and forth through APIs, which introduces sync delays, duplication and breakage. Native applications run inside Salesforce itself.
recruitMaxx is 100% Salesforce-native. Every candidate, client, placement and invoice is a Salesforce record, so it inherits enterprise-grade security, role hierarchies and compliance out of the box, and your recruitment data never leaves the ecosystem.
